Still not much going on with the markets. Same old same old … Some key points to highlight.
- Coca-Cola (KO) just executed their announced split. It makes the stock more accessible to small investors. It also allows for an easier DRIP.
- TMX purchase is now complete.
- Bell Canada (BCE) increased dividends.
- Anything else worthy to highlight?
A couple of weeks ago, I discussed how I want to bring lunch to the office. So far, I have not been at the office much to evaluate my progress. On vacation, we did pretty well though at cooking ourselves and not going to the resto. For the sake of holding myself accountable, I’ll just be highlighting how it went during my weekly.
- Last week, I ate lunch twice at the office
- This week, all cooked meals except for one family meal at the resto

Wow, that’s a bundle in gas but when you’re travelling, you gotta have petro in the vehicle. I’ll be on the road later this year, surely I’ll pay bundle in gas as well.
Thanks for the mention, travel safely.

Nice work on the cooking at home! I find, especially in the summer, that it is so much easier to be lazy and eat out! Thanks for the mention!
Great job on the cooking on vacation ! Eating out only once is a GREAT feat, it’s hard not to want to grab easy, yummy food on vaca.
